Intern IT Tech
This is a part-time internship position for an IT Tech Intern. We are looking for a driven individual that will assist our Network Engineers in providing computer and network solutions to our clients.This program will provide hands on experience of working in the IT industry. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a career in Information Technology.
• Have knowledge of basic computer and network systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Have a passion for learning.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Highly reliable and responsible.
• High Interpersonal skills, be able to work alone and with a team.
• Detail Oriented.
This is a full-time position for a receptionist/billing clerk. We are looking for a driven individual that will assist our service desk in providing outstanding costumer service to our clients. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Answering telephone calls and greeting customers
Create invoices and vendor payable
Prepare and distribute invoices on a weekly basis
Entering data in electronic billing system
Documenting proof of expenditures
Create and assign tickets using ticketing system
Keep tech bins and Inventory up to date
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of Quick Books is preferred
